How much does NeighborCloud cost?

Public pricing is $2 per house per month. For agencies or special arrangements, contact us and we can walk through your setup.

Can I try it for free?

Yes. You can explore the whole system and set up your association to be managed through NeighborCloud without paying. Only pay when you're ready to launch for all the residents in your neighborhood and to enable online payments.

Can homeowners pay dues online?

Yes. Homeowners can pay dues online securely and track the status of requests and submissions.

Do board members get financial reporting?

Board members can access financials and run custom financial and dues reports without relying on scattered spreadsheets and email threads.

How do we get started?

You can sign in if your community is already on NeighborCloud, start neighborhood setup if you are onboarding a new association, or request a demo if you manage multiple communities.
